What do directors ask about registered offices?
Does a limited company need a registered office address?
Yes. You must give a registered office address when you set up a limited company, and it is shown on the public Companies House register. It has to be a physical address in the UK, in the same country the company is registered in.
Can I use my accountant's address as my registered office?
Yes, with their permission. GOV.UK says that if you do not want an address to be public, such as your home, you can use a different one, such as your accountant's. With our service you have our permission to use Faversham House in Bromborough.
