When should you start a remote support session?
Only start a session when a member of the Wainwrights team asks you to, while you're on a call with us. If you need help and we're not on a call yet, ring us on 0151 334 5935 first. Support is available 9 to 5.
Three steps
How do you start a remote support session?
It takes three steps. Download and install the remote assistance tool, allow the program to make changes, then provide us with the 9-digit Session ID code. Once you provide us with this code, we can start helping straight away.

Select "Download remote assistance tool", then install the software.

When you're asked, allow the program to make changes.

Provide us with the 9-digit code
After downloading and installing, you will be provided with a 9-digit Session ID code. Give it to the team member on the call.
